Exclusive: Gray Cell Media, the London-based TV and film consultancy that works to bridge the gap between the world of global screens and the wider world of corporate and finance, has hired two key people.
Film and TV business specialist Lisa Selway, who previously worked at Netflix, will provide strategic advice to management and ensure that high-value deals come under the scrutiny it demands, while managing the day-to-day production deals. Selway has also worked for Endemol Shine, All3Media, and The Agency.
Media talent and recruitment specialist Sinead Flanagan, joining from Kinsella Legal, will focus on providing clients with a full range of recruitment and HR consulting services including team structures, salary levels, and improved diversity and representation. Flanagan was previously on Disney and the Guardian.

Gray Seal was created in May 2020 by Clare Hardwick, formerly at Carnival Films, Film Finances, Caryn Mandabach Productions, and Latham & Watkins. The company’s customers include Anonymous Content, Magic Strand and Shoebox Films.
