Olivia Wilde took to Instagram on Monday to compliment Harry Styles’ work on her current directorial effort, do not worry my love. Wilde has been vocal about creating a level playing field on set as part of a “no ** holes” policy.
“Most male actors don’t want to play supporting roles in women-led films,” she says. Of singer Styles, who focuses the film on the character of Florence Bio, she notes that he “not only relished the opportunity to let the master Florensbough take center stage as Alice, but he infused each scene with a subtle contrast of a sense of humanity.”
The Styles praise comes after he replaced Chia LaBeouf in the movie last fall.
The director had previously praised Pew as a “director’s dream” and praised “Tom Cruise Run + Merrill’s skills” on the project.
Wilde posted another photo of her on Sunday with DP Matthew Lipatic which appears to indicate the photo is wrapped.
do not worry my love Stars Pugh, Styles, Chris Pine, KiKi Layne, Gemma Chan, and Nick Kroll with Wilde playing a supporting role. The film contains a script by Carey and Shane Van Dyck that has been rewritten by Wilde Box mart Partner Katie Silberman.
